With this vision in mind, we commissioned the talents of local Bundjalung artist, Steve Bekue, for him to craft an artwork that encapsulates the essence of our culture, our people and our business.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Steve\u2019s background is all about sharing his Aboriginal culture through storytelling and teaching through artwork. He is a proud Bundjalung, Yuggera and a Bidjara man. Born and raised on the Gold Coast by his mother alongside his two brothers and sister. In the last 7 years Steve has honed his craft through traditional commissioned canvas painting, but has also expanded out to homewares, rugs, stationary as well as schools and vehicles.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Steve&#8217;s creation is an ode to the sacred waters that nourish our saltwater communities. It breathes with the rhythm of the ocean, coursing through our rivers, creeks, and veins of tradition, infusing life into our songlines and gathering places. The artwork symbolises resilience, connection, and the perpetual flow of energy that sustains us.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Amidst this water, our people, the heartbeats of our business.
