With the introduction of our\u00a0Technology & Business Change\u00a0<\/strong>specialised division, we are now able to support you with all your contingent requirements in the Technology Leadership, Project Services and Business Transformation space.<\/p>\n

At FPRS Technology & Business Change, our focus is providing bespoke recruitment support for business-critical technology mandates, where you can work with one trusted and capable partner, not a panel-driven approach.\u00a0Our Technology & Business Change team meets procurement requirements under the Indigenous Procurement Policy (IPP) and assists in building on corporate social responsibilities around Diversity and Inclusion.<\/p>\n

With a head office in Canberra and satellite offices around the country, we have a national reach to all states and territories in Australia, including regional and remote areas. We also have a brand-new Sydney CBD location, which will play a crucial role in helping us connect with more candidates and clients in the industry. We look forward to leveraging our existing network and building new relationships across Australia to make an impact on the Technology Leadership and Business Transformation space.<\/p>\n

Meet Our Technology & Business Change Delivery Lead<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Our Delivery Lead in the FPRS Technology & Business Change team is\u00a0Umesh Chauhan<\/a>.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Umesh has been an active participant in the recruitment industry since 1998 and a member of the Technology Leadership and Business Transformation marketplace since the beginning of 2006.<\/p>\n

Umesh has impressive knowledge and experience in the execution of CIO\/CTO\/CDO and Senior Executive assignments, and the delivery of Project Services and Business Change professionals. Umesh brings deep domain expertise in recruitment across\u00a0Corporate,\u00a0Government, Private Equity, Not-for-Profit, IT Consulting and Professional Services.<\/p>\n

Before working with FPRS, Umesh was a Director of u&u Recruitment Partners, preceded by three years leading the Technology division at Charterhouse Partnership. Prior to this, Umesh was the Practice Lead at Talent2, encompassing people management and the execution of assignments, including Leadership, Interim Management and Project Services professionals.<\/p>\n

We are thrilled to have him heading the team and have no doubt he will be an invaluable asset to our client base.<\/p>\n
